
With our Accredited Vocational Nursing program you will be prepared for the ever changing field of nursing and healthcare. Placed in a lecture style classroom you will learn a variety of different nursing topics, from fundamental principles and practices of nursing to anatomy and physiology, infection control, asepsis and patient care skills. As you learn the fundementals, you will also recieve on hand clinical training to prepare you with real life situations. When you’ve finished all the coursework and passed the final exam, you’ll be prepared to take the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-PN) for licensure as a vocational nurse meeting the standards set by the Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians.
